Return Policy
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your DressMonkey purchase. However, if for some reason your order is delivered damaged or defected in any way, or does not reflect exactly what you ordered, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price after we have verified the discrepancy.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Include the original packaging and packing list (order confirmation) that came with your order.
- Be returned within ten (10) days after the delivery date of your order. Return claims received after the ten (10) day validity period will not be processed and therefore are non-refundable.
THE RETURN PROCESS:
1. Send an email to returns@dressmonkey.com requesting an Order Return Claim.
2. We will then promptly send you an electronic Order Return Claim via email that must be filled out and returned to us.
3. We will contact you to make necessary arrangement.
4. Mail us the return item(s) with the box in which it came in a self-addressed package to the address below. Be sure to include the Packing List that came with your original order.
5. We will notify you via phone or email when we have received your return package, along with details of how and when your credit card will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE:
* We reserve the right to reject any return claim that does not provide the necessary information explicitly requested in the Order Return Form.
* We do not refund the original or return shipping costs.
