How do I place an order?
Click Shop Our Products in the Category section on our homepage. Browse our product. When you decide to make a purchase simply click on the BuyNow button and you will be led into PayPal's secure transaction gateway and checkout.

I've ordered my blazer. Now what?
Once you've purchased your blazer, the fun (and most important) part begins. We will send you a "DressMonkey Recommends" Customizable Order Form via email shortly after we have received your purchase order. If for some reason we cannot deliver the order form, we will try calling you to work out the best way to deliver you the form.

What is the "DressMonkey Recommends" Customizable Order Form?
The "DressMonkey Recommends" Customizable Order Form is an excel-formatted order form that we send to you in order to complete your order with us. There are 9 different order forms, each blazer type on sale has its own order form. We will send you the order form that corresponds to the blazer that you ordered. For example, if you order the Herringbone Tweed Blazer, we will send you an order form specifically for Herringbone Tweed. Simply input your preferences for your blazer and your sizes, and send it back to us pronto.

When you receive the order form from us, you will notice that attributes have been chosen for you already. These are our design recommendation for the particular blazer type that you ordered. Hence, all customizable attributes default to the "DressMonkey Recommends" design. This is done to save you time and thought. Designing your blazer and sending it back to us, therefore, could take only one minute. Of course, anything is free game; you are certainly able to customize the blazer to your tastes. In fact, we highly recommend that you go crazy with it.

Basic Steps for completing the order form:

1) Open the Excel Spreadsheet (be sure to click “Enable Macros”)
2) On the Tab "Blazer Specifications," select how you want your blazer to look.
3) On the Tab "Sizing Details," select your size
4) Email the sheet back to us.
5) Wait night and day by the mailbox for your "DressMonkey by (your name here)" to arrive.


How long until I receive my order?
All orders placed between November 14th and November 30th will be delivered within 3-5 weeks and guaranteed delivery before Christmas! All orders placed between November 30th and December 6th are subject to delays and most likely will be delivered to you after the new year. We highly recommend putting your order in as soon as possible!

Please note that we are unable to start tailoring your order until we receive your Customizable Order Form. Be sure to send it back to us as soon as possible after purchase.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use UPS ground shipping for all of our domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?
No.

What can I use as a form of payment?
You may pay with a PayPal account or any major credit card. Simply select your preferred method of payment during check out. We accept:

How do I know my credit card information is secure?
We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (through our partnership with PayPal) to protect the security of your online order information. Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment details from PayPal once your order has been processed. You will be given a receipt number used to receive customer service support from PayPal and us. It is important that you keep the contents of this email in a safe place and easily accessible.
